By accessing this website or enrolling in RiseGen notifications, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable SMS Terms.

RiseGen notification services

RiseGen provides CRM activity and account status notification services for registered insurance professionals.

RiseGen may notify a registered user when an existing prospect or customer record changes status inside the user's connected CRM. Notification events may include appointment updates, follow-up reminders, application status changes, and sales status changes.

SMS enrollment

SMS enrollment is optional and requires the user to provide a valid mobile phone number and affirmatively select the SMS consent checkbox.

Message frequency varies based on CRM activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify RiseGen if your email address or mobile telephone number changes.

Availability

Notification timing and delivery are not guaranteed. Wireless carriers, internet providers, CRM providers, and other third-party systems may delay or prevent delivery.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit information belonging to another person without authorization.

Changes

RiseGen may update these terms. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
